Established in 2023, the Shree Shakti Welfare Organization (SSWO) was born from a deep-rooted mission to protect and uplift families who suffered during the COVID-19 pandemic. After witnessing many women and children struggle when the male members of their households lost their jobs, our founder realized that true security comes from independence. We believe that when a woman is self-reliant and financially stable, she can protect her children and her home during the most difficult times in life. To make this a reality, we have provided professional training in areas like beauty parlor management, stitching, cooking, food processing, and computer literacy to more than 600 women. These skills give them the power to earn their own income and stand on their own two feet, turning them from victims of circumstance into leaders of their households.

Our work goes far beyond job training, as we provide a complete support system for women facing domestic violence, the dowry system, or the harmful effects of alcohol abuse. We offer a safe space where women in need can find emotional counseling, mental health support, and the legal help required to fight for their rights. At the same time, we are deeply committed to protecting the "youth mass"—the children who represent our country's future. Through workshops that have reached over 1,000 women and children, we teach the next generation about the "dark side" of modern society. We raise awareness about the dangers of drugs and alcohol, the risks of too much screen time, and the importance of environmental health through our "Green Drive" tree-planting programs. By using creative tools like drawing and debate competitions, we make sure children understand how to stay safe and healthy in today's world. Whether we are helping a woman start her own small business or teaching a child the benefits of yoga and good nutrition, SSWO is dedicated to building a society where every individual has the awareness and the strength to overcome any challenge.
